HARSH THE LEATHER

faux leather jacket: BOY LONDON VINTAGE
floral print shirt:UNION STATION
faux leather shorts: SUN VEGAS
tassels leather bag: ACNE STUDIOS
two-tone sneakers: NIKE FITSOLE
metallic shades with leopard panel: ZARA

Eventually I make it to match floral print with leather garments. For times I've been indulged in the antique and harsh texture of leather which acts as a contrast of the elegant and delightful floral print. These two elements, which I both adore, come together a kind of effortless-chic ensemble that is either vision flattering or physically wearable. Also I'm just gonna tell you that I'm heading off to THE MIDSUMMER STATION LIVE IN HONGKONG tomorrow which I've been so whole-heartedly longing for for a while that I can almost sense the the Silhouette of the Bombshell Blonde.

FAUX DENIM

multi-texture denim jacket: CHOIES.COM
"LE REVE" sleeveless denim shirt: CHOIES.COM
patchwork denim jeans: 3.1 PHILLIP LIM
two-tone sneakers: NIKE FITSOLE
transparent clear clutch: KLEAR KLUTCH
eyeglasses: RAY-BAN

As a huge fan of denim,I will never get enough of spotting and snapping up those amazing denim pieces.I guess you've noticed the patchwork denim jeans from 3.1 Phillip Lim which I'd styled it with a navy top and a metallic clutch before, and what is more, my craze for denim has just been getting worse and worse. Thus, I'm thrilled enough to have found the multi-denim jacket from CHOIES.COM and this insanely spectacular hand-ripped denim shorts from Etsy. Profoundly inspired by the favor of dressing in double denim, again I put up an ensemble which not only involve the spirit of double denim, but also with texture mixing elements. And sure this sort of "faux fashion" will definitely appear again, again and again among my outfits.

LET'S GET PHYSICAL

"zone music" t-shirt: ACNE
checked pyjama shorts: (UNKNOWN)
two-tone sneakers: NIKE FITSOLE
"crying girl" pop art faux leather clutch: (SIMILAR ONE HERE FROM ASOS)
half-frame classic eyeglasses: TOM FORD

80's Gym Fashion is currently on its way of a brand new comeback.Tanning is all the rage! These days I've been doing some jogging without sunburn cream. For one thing, my sensitive skin seems to be messed up during the burning sunlight while for another, I'm fed up with my seemingly girlish skin color.Sure I believe tanned tone looks better and it does. And nothing is more flattering than wearing a tanned skin to respond the call of getting physical.
As it has always been, contrast scent is the major topic I'd like to express via my outfits.Citron yellow works unprecedentedly outstanding on a large range of darker skin, while the clutch with stunning pop art pattern coordinates well with the simple structure garments.Surprisingly, except for the two-tone color block, there is contrast like mesh and cut-out, neoprene and textile fabric happening on the sneakers, which impresses me a lot.

BOMB THE JACKET

baroque print polyester bomber jacket: VINTAGE (FROM KINSELLA)
acid-washed loose tank top: (FROM MY FATHER)
kimono-style origami satin belt: SUZUYA
slim-fit creased pants: tomonari.co.kr
"paper" clutch: MICHELLY MO
metallic shoes: tomonari.co.kr
multi-texture retro shades with leopard pattern: ZARA

Everybody wants a bomber jacket with elaborate print. Thus, that can explain why I think I'm fortunate enough to have found the seemingly humble KIINSELLA underground, where I spotted this spectacularly elaborate printed bomber jacket.Honestly speaking, peacock man is not who I am.That is to say, I am not the one who is willing to go too far or too hard in styling with the bomber cuz it has probably been quite a statement piece that shouts aloud itself.Head-to-toe print might be okay for the past me but not for the present one.Back to basic, same as the title of the notable album by Christina Aguilera, is the major topic I'd like to show from the following appendant garments. The simple black and white, the contrast of looseness and fitness, and also the most classic form of an eyewear...all those ordinary pieces shine on their ways when the origami satin belt is surprisingly added.

INSANE

embroidered leather jacket: BOY LONDON VINTAGE
cut-out mesh vest: H&M
tailored striped shorts: CUSTOM MADE
denim clutch: AMERICAN APPAREL
half-frame classic eyeglasses: TOM FORD

Finally make a comeback here with some summer easy chic.During my trip to Japan, I was profoundly impressed by the loose, casual but edgy looks interpreted by the dashing Japanese. What inspired me most was their effortless attitude to dressing between up and down, for some of them even managed to interpret looseness by wearing head-to-toe leather or magnificent prints while denim would meanwhile be the secret weapon of cutting edge.

I hope you've remembered the mesh top from H&M and denim clutch from American Apparel since I had mentioned these two killers before.Though it seems that they have nothing to do with oriental essence, they are probably connected to the Japanese style in some words. And I have to admit my affection to the variation of this mesh top with cut-out style, which is by means able to reach various situations.

“I feel like menswear has gotten to a point for me where it had to be thrown out the window and dragged back in,” the creativity-conscious designer J.W.Anderson, who is known for his unisex designs said backstage after his 2013 S/S menswear show,” There’s something that he's gone stale for a while in men’s, and I think you have to blow it up-then you've spawned a look.”

Just as clear as is shown on the 2013 s/s menswear runway shows, more so-called feminine elements, in particular, a variety of womenswear fabrics are added in a large scale. Designers tend to span menswear fabrics from the conventional butch canvas or twill to more “girly” voile, taffeta, or even the sheerest and clearest organza. Still, not focusing on creating a feminine or girlish mens look, masculine is turned more attention to in a shorter, tighter, or sheerer way.

ON THE WISHLIST  BLK DNM black and white leather jackets / ALEXANDER WANG Cutout silk-crepe and fishline top, shorts, sweatshirt, vest, and aline leather sandals / STELLA MCCARTNEY sheer plisse dress and black and white mesh sweater/ MAISON RABIH KAYROUZ sheer panel dress/ SKAIST-TAYLOR neon open-knit sweater / IRO  taylor cutout cotton t-shirt / JIMMY CHOO Mila cutout mirrored-leather pumps and Mogul studded suede cage sandals/ ALAÏA leather cutout bag

I have to admit the difficulty of interpreting these growing prevalent sheer pieces, for they can probably make a slim boy look either slutty or sissy. Thus, in order to put up a complete ensemble which is appropriate but somehow still much revealing the hot trend of see-through, I choose an alternative path of playing with patchwork. Dressing in a large scale of sheer fabric requires a well-built physical shape as well as great bravo, while patchwork, which is of a little bit of structure and creativity on sight, makes it more comfortable and refreshing to reveal the body. To be more specific, I put a leather vest with cut-out detail which is re-constructed from a oversize t-shirt on the sheer shirt to strike another balance.

striped pants: CHOIES.COM (sold out)
hologrphic metallic clutch: BACKSTAGE
askin metal silver shoes: ACNE
rings: H&M

Sadly speaking, I'm kinda hate the super hot and humid weather in subtropical zones, I mean, the blooming awful weather in Shenzhen. I'm dragooned into dressing more simple, sheerer and shorter outfits instead of playing with layering. Thus, these spectacular "resort" jackets, which have been worn less than four times, are stored deep inside the dark and dusty wardrobe currently.

For the record, I'm enthusiastic about tomorrow's event right now, charging my physical battery in case being knocked down. However,I'd like to keep you guessing first. Anyway, talk to you guys later, and, nice weekend!
